Friday, July 22, 2005 Russell Hires Ex-Football Coach Steve Moore has joined Russell Investment Group's U.S. Distribution business as director of practice management. Moore will help Russell develop education and support for advisors, including High Speed Strategic Planning sessions, its advisor education program, as well as practice management and other topics at Russell University. Prior to joining Russell, Moore ran his own consulting firm, Moore Solutions. Moore has previously worked with Russell as a consultant to develop the High Speed Strategic Planning course, consult with Russell advisors, and speak at conferences. Before becoming a "resultant," Moore coached the Seattle Seahawks and the Buffalo Bills from 1978 to 1989. "Steve has a demonstrated track record of helping advisor organizations transform their businesses by achieving focus and driving bottom-line performance," said Craig Wainscott, managing director of knowledge capital.
