Thursday, September 1, 2005 Fidelity Tweaks Bond Index Fund Fidelity has made one of its bond funds a lot more accessible. The fund firm reduced its expense ratio and lowered the minimum investment for its U.S. Bond Index fund, reports Morningstar. The expense ratio is dropping to 32 basis points and the minimum investment moves from $100,000 to $10,000. The changes are effective as of September 1.
