Monday, May 15, 2006 Putnam Names Institutional Account Manager Putnam Investments has hired an executive from State Street Global Advisors as senior vice president, institutional account manager. Eric Roberts is tasked with institutional business development in the Northeast region, according to a news release issued by the Boston-based fund firm on Monday. He reports to Sandra Whiston, senior managing director, head of institutional management. An 11-year industry veteran, Roberts was most recently a principal of institutional sales at State Street Global Advisors.
