Friday, April 27, 2007 One American Wins The Other Loses in the Inflow Game Reuters reports that American Funds and Vanguard Group are the clear winners when it comes to inflows into stock and bond mutual funds during the month of March. According to FRC data, American gained $7.2 billion that month and Vanguard saw inflows of $6.6 billion. Where there are winners there must also be losers. American Century Investments and Putnam Investments witnessed the most outflows -- $1.1 billion and $1.08 billion, respectively.
