Wednesday, August 1, 2007 Janus Fair Fund Distribution Pushed Back The SEC has decided to push back until October 1 the approval of a distribution plan for Janus investors harmed by market timing . The Denver Business Journal reports that the SEC filed a notice stating "that because of the number and complexity of the comments received, further evaluation, review and analysis are required."
