Andrew Natsios, Bush’s envoy, is giving activist groups that are pushing mutual fund companies to divest from Darfur their marching papers. The Boston Herald reports that Natsios said that the attacks may have been useful "eight to twelve months ago" but are hindering the delicate peace talks that are finally beginning in the region.
