Monday, March 10, 2008 Putnam Director Joins Columbia Management Paul Quistberg, former director of Putnam Investments Limited, has been hired by BofA's Columbia Management Group The Charlotte Business Journal reports that Quistberg has been tapped to lead Columbia's cash-investments group. Quistberg replaces Randall Royther, who will be staying on till the end of the month to aid with the transition. The pub also reports that Columbia may be considering re-locating the cash group to Boston as that is where Quistberg is based out of.
