Thursday, April 30, 2009 Evergreen is the Latest to Get Rid of B Shares Evergreen Investments, now part of Wells Fargo, plans to cease sales of Class B shares to new and existing investors effective June 30. "This determination was based on a decline in sales and an overall industry shift away from the use of Class B shares," Evergreen Funds president and CEO W.
