Wednesday, May 27, 2009 A Bear Stearns Vet Leads a Fund Servicer to NYC The former CEO of Bear Stearns' fund business has landed. Ultimus Fund Solutions disclosed Wednesday that they have launched a New York office led by former Bear Stearns Fund Management CEO and President Frank J. Maresca. The Cincinnati based fund services firm will now be able to provide fund organization, administration, accounting and transfer agency services to closed-end funds in addition to the open-end funds it has traditionally serviced. Maresca will assume the role of Executive Vice President and will oversee the firm's New York operations.
