Tuesday, September 22, 2009 Jonas Takes Board Seat Former Fidelity top executive Stephen P. Jonas has taken a board seat at Cypress Sharpridge Investments, Inc. on September 21. He also joined the audit committee of the Cypress Sharpridge board. Jonas retired from Fidelity in 2007 after spending 20 years at the Boston Behemoth. At that time he was an executive vice president and a member of Fidelity's Management Committee and Board of Directors as well as the Board of Trustees of the Fidelity Funds. Earlier in his Fidelity career he served as chief financial officer of Fidelity Management & Research Company and the Fidelity Brokerage Group and Fidelity Personal Investments and Brokerage Group. He was also executive vice president and CFO of Fidelity Investments from 1998 to 2002, and chief administrative officer until 2004, when he was named president of Enterprise Operations and Risk Services.
