Tuesday, February 23, 2010 Supreme Court Deals a Blow to Pimco The Supreme Court on Monday tossed out Pimco's appeal of a July ruling that affirmed class-action status to a lawsuit involving Treasury notes, InvestmentNews reports. A Pimco representative declined to comment to the pub. The complaint, originally filed in 2005, accused Pimco of illegally manipulating the futures market for some 10-year Treasury notes.
