The Valley Forge, Pennsylvania-based firm is reducing mortality and expense charges in The Vanguard Variable Annuity to 25 basis points from 27 bps. The reduction will apply to both new and existing customers, and it is effective immediately. The annuity is issued by the Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Company.
