Wednesday, May 1, 2002 SunGard Partners for Aggregation SunGard Online Investment Systems has joined up with Yodlee to provide account aggregation services to wealth managers. The pair will offer the jointly created package to financial institutions seeking to create wealth management portals for their clients. The offering would compete appear to compete dead-on with Advent's Trusted Network offering. Advent has recently landed Fidelity, SEI and TD Waterhouse for its product. "Yodlee provides a rich set of data that can be leveraged by SunGard's applications," said John Hyde, group chief executive officer of SunGard Online Investment Systems, in a statement. "With a complete, integrated solution, financial institutions can offer a far greater value from aggregation by feeding aggregated data into asset allocation, financial planning, online advisory, and other services-- allowing them to provide a higher level of service to their clients." The firms said that the Yodlee services will be integrated into SunGard's analytics engines, including Frontier, Expert and Synapse.
