Thursday, June 20, 2002 FleetBoston Confirms Talks FleetBoston Financial is indeed negotiating with executives from its Robertson Stephens unit to complete a management buyout. A Fleet spokesperson confirmed that the talks have been ongoing for some time. He added that the parties expect to complete the talks soon.
