Tuesday, July 2, 2002 Invesco Promotes New Co-manager Invesco Funds Group has promoted Cameron Cooke to co-manager of the firm's Small Company Growth Fund. Cooke will continue to work with Stacie Cowell, lead manager of the fund. The two will work together to maintain the fund's objective of long-term capital growth through investment in the common stocks of a group of small capitalization growth companies. Before joining the firm, Cooke was an analyst with Wells Capital Management where he focused on small and mid capitalization growth stocks in the communications and energy industries.
