The Fidelity Inflation-Protected Bond Fund invests primarily in inflation-protected debt securities. The fund focuses on Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities or TIPS and is issued by the U.S. Treasury, said Sarah Libbey, senior vice president of Fidelity Personal Investments.
