Friday, April 30, 2010 Janus Stockholders Give their Nod to Deloitte Janus stockholders approved the selection of Deloitte & Touche as independent auditor during the firm's annual meeting on Thursday. Stockholders also elected five directors, among them new CEO Dick Weil, to three-year terms on the board. Other newly elected directors are G.
