Wednesday, May 5, 2010 The Wall Street Fund Finds a New Owner Evercore Wealth Management is making a move into Wall Street -- The Wall Street Fund, that is. The money manager acquired the 65 year old mutual fund on May 1, through a merger of EWM and Morse, Williams & Co. The fund, which has $12 million of assets under management, will continue to be managed by Robert Morse, who has overseen the fund since 1984, according to a filing. EWN's Tim Evnin will co-manage the fund. U.S. Bancorp Fund Services is the transfer agent for the fund. Quasar Distributors is the fund's distributor.
