Friday, June 25, 2010 Ex-Fido President Takes a Board Post Nine months after leaving Fidelity, Michael Clark has signed on as chairman of Sanswire Corp., a Aventura Florida-based maker of lighter-than-air, unmanned vehicles used by the military and others. Clark, who is 53, is a veteran of the Marine Corp. Earlier in his career he served as president of Fidelity's Instutional Products Group. Before joining Fidelity in October 2007 he was CEO of JPMorgan Chase's Worldwide Security Services (see, MFWire, October 7, 2007). Clark resigned from Fidelity in September 2009 due to medical reasons (see, The MFWire, September 1, 2009) and was replaced by Gerry McGraw.
