Tuesday, July 6, 2010 Post-Deal, BNY Mellon Reveals Roles for Wynne, Wolcott Fresh from completing its $2.31 billion acquisition of PNC Global Investment Servicing, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing has created a new global financial institutions group dedicated to the mutual fund, banking and insurance sectors.
Lou Maiuri, who currently serves as global head of outsourcing at BNY Mellon Asset Servicing and chairman of Eagle Investment Solutions, will have a broader role as head of U.S. financial institutions within the global financial institutions group. Nadine Chakar, most recently head of Europe Middle East and Africa, will run the global financial institutions group. She will continue to report to Jim Palermo and Tim Keaney, co-CEOs of BNY Mellon Asset Servicing.
