Tuesday, July 20, 2010 Fido's Bolton Creates a Special Situation with Move to Hong Kong Not only has Fidelity PM Anthony Bolton come back from retirement, he is back in the WSJ Fund Track. Reporter Ellen Sheng tells that Bolton is "finding value in small to midsize Chinese businesses." Bolton built his reputation over more than a quarter century spent as the portfolio manager for Fidelity Special Situations Fund. He came out of an abbreviated three-year retirement to take the reins of Fidelity's closed-end China Special Situations Fund. As part of the life change, Bolton moved to Hong Kong from London last April, reports the WSJ. "The center of gravity of the world is shifting East," he tells the paper.
