Tuesday, August 24, 2010 Fidelity's Numbers Go Viral Friday last week, Fidelity released stats on 401(k) hardship withdrawals and loans and since then, the numbers have turned up seemingly almost everywhere. CNBC's Erin Burnett talked about the numbers with two guests Friday afternoon, with the discussion entitled "Bye Bye Retirement Savings." The Fidelity data likewise prompted Fox Business' Neil Cavuto to write an article entitled "401-Not-OK." Other media outlets that picked up the numbers include Wall Street Journal, CNN, MarketWatch, The Boston Globe , The Atlanta Journal , the San Francisco Chronicle and Newsday.
