The regional director will report to chief sales and marketing officer Sal Capizzi. It could not not immediately be confirmed whether the post is new or pre-existing. Capizzi could not immediately be reached for comment. San Diego-based Dunham offers a dozen sub-advised mutual funds that operate on performance-based advisory fees.
