Thursday, September 26, 2002 Citizens Adds Docs to Web Citizens Funds has joined the ranks of fund firms putting its customer statements on the Web. The firm also now lets investors pull prospectuses, annual reports, semi-annual reports and newsletters from its Web site. "As a socially responsible company, environmental issues are always important," says Robert Gunville, chief operating officer for Citizens. "Giving our shareholders the ability to reduce the consumption of paper products is one way to help our environment. Reducing paper usage and associated postage costs also reduces fund expenses, which ultimately benefits our shareholders."
