Thursday, March 17, 2011 Post-Deal Munder Swallows a $210M Fund Fundsters may not be surprised to hear that Munder Capital Management [see profile] is collapsing a mutual fund from Integrity Asset Management into one of Munder's own. Last year Birmingham, Michigan-based Munder bought Louisville, Kentucky-based Integrity (see The MFWire, 12/2/2010), and today Munder filed to collapse the $210.32 million Veracity Small Cap Value Fund into the $131.67 million Munder Small-Cap Value Fund [see filing]. The Veracity board approved the merger, and shareholders can vote on the merger at a special meeting on April 7. Printed from: MFWire.com/story.asp?s=36296 Copyright 2011, InvestmentWires, Inc.
