A Fund Legal Expert Returns to U.S. Bancorp
U.S. Bancorp Fund Services just brought a legal administrator back to
its team. Today the Milwaukee-based back-office provider confirmed the return
of Angie Pingel as vice president and legal compliance officer.
Pingel, who has worked in the worlds of both law firms and of RIAs and
broker-dealers, previously served as assistant vice president and senior
counsel at the U.S. Bancorp unit from 2004 to 2007. She then spent almost two
and a half years as vice president and securities counsel at Marshall &
Ilsley Trust Company and secretary of M&I's Marshall Funds [see profile].
Jeannine Bajczyk, senior vice president and director of U.S. Bancorp
Fund Services' legal administration department, praised Pingel for "her depth
of experience and knowledge."

Pingel was a senior member of the U.S. Bancorp Fund Services Legal
Administration department.
Prior to her tenure with U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, Pingel spent two years
representing financial companies at a Milwaukee law firm and nine years as
vice president and director of investment operations at a mid-size investment
adviser and broker-dealer. Pingel received her Juris Doctor from Marquette
University Law School in Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
accounting and business administration from Lakeland College in Sheboygan,
Wisconsin. Pingel currently holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
