The Wall Street Journal has taken a gander at some of these different approaches, including that of OakTree Capital. For example the WSJ quotes managing principal John Frank declaring that retail investors will be a "major focus." “Our goal this year is to set up a full retail program,” Frank said during an analyst conference call cited by the Journal.
