Elliot will lead its UK retail business, which would include promoting the company to national adviser networks. Elliot left sales and strategic alliances for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in April. Franklin Templeton also hired Mark Ward, formerly in charge of Fidelity's UK marketing strategy, as marketing manager for UK and Nordic discretionary and institutional business.
