Thursday, February 13, 2003 Nationwide Adds Morningstar VA Tools Nationwide Financial has tapped Morningstar to provide tools to help investment advisors select and explain annuity investment options. The insurer will include the tools in its variable annuity strategy, said Bill Goslee, Nationwide Financial vice president of investment and advisory services. Advisors will be able to use the tools to evaluate investments and create custom investment profiles. The tools will work with both the insurer's variable life and pension products. Morningstar already provides its ClearFuture tools to Nationwide's institutional defined contribution clients in both the public and private sector.
