Monday, February 24, 2003 AIG SunAmerica Fund Services Names Chief AIG SunAmerica Fund Services has tapped Vincent Marra to head its fund accounting and technology services areas. He will also oversee the firm's transfer agency and service center unit. Marra takes over from Peter Sutton, who left the firm at the end of 2002 for personal reasons. The unit of AIG SunAmerica also relocated across the river to Jersey City, New Jersey from New York City at that time. Marra takes the title of president at the fund services unit and senior vice president and chief operating officer of AIG SunAmerica Asset Management. He started in the post last week and reports to Peter Harbeck, president of AIG SunAmerica Asset Management. Marra was most recently at New York City-based Carret & Co. where he held the titles of CAO, COO and CFO since June of last year. Prior to that he spent more than two years as president and COO of Bowne Digital Solutions. Marra was also president and COO of the Prudential's Mutual Funds Transfer Agent & Service Center until leaving that firm in 1999 to join Bowne.
