an InvestmentWires' Publication |
Friday, March 14, 2003 Touchstone Taps National Sales Manager James Grifo, the former fund distribution head at Morgan Grenfell, has joined Touchstone Investments as its national sales manager and senior vice president replacing Rick Bone. Grifo had survived Alex's Browns purchase by first Bankers Trust and then Deutsche Asset Management only to leave the firm as part of a mass exodus of top executives in 2001. Grifo takes over a team of 30 internal and external mutual fund wholesalers at Touchstone. He will also develop sales strategies and grow partnerships with broker-dealers, financial planners and financial institutions, according to Touchstone.
