Friday, June 27, 2003 Offshore Fund Taps GIS Butterfield Fund Managers has signed on to use Global Investment Systems' MFACT And MSHARE platforms. The Guernsey-based offshore fund is a division of The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited and part of Butterfield Fund Services. It also has offices in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. Butterfield will use the MFACT system for mutual fund accounting and administration and MSHARE for their transfer agency services, said Patrick Firth, managing director of Butterfield Fund Managers.
