Monday, April 1, 2019 Week In Preview, April 1-7 This afternoon Chip Roame and his Tiburon Strategic Advisors team are kicking off their 36th Tiburon CEO Summit with a cocktail reception at the Wagner at the Battery in New York City. Sessions begin tomorrow morning and wrap up on Wednesday.
Also tomorrow, the Mutual Fund Directors Forum (MFDF) team will hold their latest open forum in their discussion series, this time at the Club at Mediterra in Naples, Florida. Also tomorrow, the Schroders team will host their third annual fixed income media breakfast. The event, which will be held at Schroders' New York City offices, is themed "Navigating in Uncertain Times" and will feature remarks from: Jim Barrineau, head of emerging market debt relative; Andy Chorlton, head of U.S. multi-sector fixed income; Karl Dasher, CEO and co-head of fixed income, North America; Martha Metcalf, head of U.S. high yield; and Michelle Russell-Dowe, head of securitized credit. On Wednesday, the MFDF team will host another discussion series open forum, this time at the Willoughby Golf Club in Stuart, Florida. Also on Wednesday, the NICSA team will kick off their 2019 Strategic Leadership Forum (SLF). The three-day event will be held at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort and Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. On Friday the NICSA team will host their annual Blackwell Scholarship Charity Golf Tournament, at TPC Sawgrass.
