Monday, October 27, 2003 BofA Fund Arm Taps Recruiter to Find CEO It will be the recruitors at Higdon Barrett that lead Banc of America Capital Management's search to replace Robert H. Gordon. The search for a new CEO and chief investment officer kicked off after Gordon left his post in wake of allegations by New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer that he had helped Canary Capital Partners in its fund trading schemes. Neither Bank of America nor Gordon has been charged in the case. The CIO post was opened when Michael Kenneally left the fund unit to join Credit Suisse Asset Management in New York.
