Wednesday, February 11, 2004 Fund Firm Announces Several Promotions Aquila Investment Management sponsor of each of the funds in the Aquila Group of Funds. Diana P. Herrmann, president and chief operating officer of Aquila since 1997, has been named vice chair to her existing titles and responsibilities. She has also been named vice chair of each of the funds in the Aquila Group of Funds. Charles E. Childs, III, a senior vice president, has been named executive vice president. Sandra J. Antonucci, a vice president, has been promoted to senior vice president of special projects. Anita Albano has been appointed assistant treasurer. The Aquila Group of Funds include seven single state municipal bond funds, a regional stock fund and three money market funds with total assets of about $3.9 billion.
