Friday, July 30, 2004 Value Line Plans Small Cap Fund Launch Value Line is planning to introduce a Smaller Companies Fund, the company disclosed in a filing on Thursday. The manager of the fund, Stephen Grant, will invest in domestic securities with market capitalizations of $1.5 billion or less. The management fee on the fund will be 75 basis points, and 12b-1 fees will be 25 basis points. Officials did not provide other fees or total operating expenses in the filing.
