Wednesday, September 29, 2004 Cohen & Steers Emphasize Real Estate in Funds Cohen & Steers will rename two of its funds effective Thursday. The Equity Income Fund will be called the Realty Income Fund, and the Special Equity Fund will be renamed the Realty Focus Fund. The investment objectives and management teams will not change with either of the funds. Investors in the Realty Focus Fund will see lower expense ratios for Class I shares after Thursday, from 150 basis points to 130 basis points.
