Friday, November 19, 2004 Fidelity Adds Advisor Tools Fidelity Investments is bulking up its advisor offering. Clients of the newly launched Fidelity Advisor Retirement Income Services unit now have access to additional materials to help investors plan for retirement. Fidelity is making online tools available for advisors to hold and conduct seminars, such as an investor presentation, invitation and follow-up templates, and other marketing materials. Advisors will also have access to a new workbook that was designed to help advisors walk their clients through a four-step process to create a customized retirement plan. A Fidelity spokeswoman said the company was notifying advisors via direct mail, email and seminars about the new tools. Fidelity launched Fidelity Advisor Retirement Income Services in June 2004.
