Monday, December 6, 2004 Shiebler Stays with DeAM It looks like William Shiebler survived the Deutsche Bank Asset Management organizational shakeup unscathed. The former head of Scudder will now share product responsibility for DeAM's newly formed mutual funds product group with U.K. regional director Axel Benker. Shiebler is also a regional head of the Americas for DeAM. Kevin Parker, head of DeAM, said in a presentation that the reorganization of the company, which resulted in the departure of at least three executives, was in order to "reduce operational complexity." DeAM's other product divisions include institutional fixed income and equity, headed temporarily by Parker, and alternative investments.
