Friday, December 10, 2004 JPMorgan Gets Shareholder O.K. First American International Fund shareholders gave a thumbs up to the hiring of JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management as subadvisor. The hiring was greenlighted at a December 8 shareholder meeting U.S. Bancorp Asset Management officials said Thursday. Clay Finlay, Inc. lost the mandate to the London-based arm of JPMorgan Chase. The new portfolio managers for the fund are James Fisher, a senior portfolio manager and managing director of JPMorgan's global portfolios group based in London and Howard Williams, a managing director and head of JPMorgan's global portfolios group based.
