Wednesday, December 15, 2004 New AA Funds at Top of List for Rydex Hire Rydex Investments has hired David Reilly as director of portfolio strategies. Reilly will be a "key player" in Rydex's external communications, as well as work to develop asset allocation strategies based on Rydex funds. Reilly reports to Mike Byrum, president and chief investment officer. “David’s responsibilities at Rydex will include portfolio strategizing, research, writing as well as sales and marketing," said Byrum. Reilly leaves a position as senior vice president at LPL Financial, where he was managed communications for the research department.
