Merrill Lynch Investment Managers has tapped a State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) executive for its product development team focused on its overseas markets.

Eilin O'Carroll is joining MLIM's Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific team based in London. She had been head of European product management management for SSgA. O'Carroll will report to Paul Freeman, head of the product development team for those markets. Her duties include oversight of the instutional and retail product development for the non-U.S. markets.
