Elizabeth Krentzman has resigned as general counsel of the ICI in order to return as a partner to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where she previously specialized in helping investment firms and advisors develop compliance programs and handle other regulatory issues.Mary Podesta will serve in the interim as acting general counsel.
While at the ICI,
Ignites reports that Krentzman was heavily involved with disclosure reform, including the industry’s XBRL initiatives, and working with the SEC to make better use of the Internet for the distribution of information.
Krentzman's last day with ICI will be April 13.
