Chuck Jaffe, covers a new study by
Baird Advisory Services Research. The study looked at funds designated as "high performers" as defined by their ability to beat their benchmark by one percentage point annually for 10 years. Jaffe uses the research to prove his point that some top performers are worth holding onto even through the tough times.
