Fido to Buy Back $300 Million of Auction Rate Securities

Fidelity has reached an agreement with New York and Massachusetts regulators to buy back $300 million of auction-rate securities.

Bloomberg reported Friday that Fidelity was close to reaching a settlement with New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.
