Bank of Montreal yesterday finished its $4.1 billion acquisition of
M&I Investment Management's parent,
Marshall & Ilsley.

SEC filing from BMO in April outlined the posts that executives will be offered upon the deal's closing. Below are some highlights from the filing:
Kenneth (Ken) C. Krei, chairman, president and CEO of Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company and chairman and CEO of M&I Investment Management Corp. will be offered the role of executive vice president, global private banking, reporting to Gilles Ouellette.
Tommy O. Huie, president and chief investment officer of M&I Investment Management Corp. will be offered the role of president and chief investment Officer of BMO Asset Management U.S., reporting to Barry S. McInerney, who will continue as co-CEO BMO Global Asset Management.
Steve Arquilla of Harris will be offered the role of COO at BMO Asset Management U.S.
Phil Enochs of Harris Investments will be offered the role of managing director of relationship management at BMO Asset Management U.S.
