Putnam's old headquarters at Two Liberty Square have been sold for a whopping $350 per square foot. The sale was reported in the Boston Business Journal. The buyer -- AEW Capital Management LP and Neelon Properties LLC -- paid $23 million for the 65,768-square-foot building that had been owned by ELV Associates Inc. ELV paid $15.2 million for the building in 2005.
