Dreyfus has disclosed plans to fold three of its municipal bond funds into three others. The New York-based BNY Mellon Company subsidiary plans to merge merge the Florida Municipal Money Market Fund with the Municipal Money Market Fund.

Dreyfus also plans to fold the Florida Series of Dreyfus Premier State Municipal Bond Fund into the Dreyfus Premier Municipal Bond Fund and merge the Dreyfus Pennsylvania Intermediate Municipal Bond Fund with the Dreyfus Premier State Municipal Bond Fund, Pennsylvania Series.

The proposals are subject to shareholder approval.
