Vanguard is planning an addition of "another few hundred" employees in Scottsdale this year, The Arizona Republic reports. The Valley Forge, Pennsylvania-based mutual fund giant added 550 workers in Arizona last year. Its Scottsdale campus currently employs 1,700 people.
