Efficient Market Advisors is buying XTF Advisors' separately managed account assets. IndexUniverse reports that the terms and the size of the asset poll being purchased were not made public. Herb Morgan, Efficient Market's chief executive, said the deal covers SMA assets only. "We're not bringing any of their people over in this deal," he was quoted as saying.
